L.A.M.P. (also known as Latino Americans for Medical Progress) was originally created to meet the medical needs of underprivileged Latinos in New Jersey. Since it's creation in 2019, L.A.M.P. has expanded to impact additional people groups such as the Haitian community and to create programs to meet peoples' basic human needs.
We strive to connect individuals and families of diverse and underserved populations to social and medical resources that will significantly improve their health and well-being through counseling, education, support and advocacy.

Guerline has always had a passion for serving the Nations. She formed this non-profit with a mission to impact Latin Americans and Haitian communities.

Our amazing team is made up of regulars and part-time volunteers are committed to helping others. We take our convictions and turn them into action.
